I sat at the front desk to answer phone calls for 15 minutes today.
I got one call from an angry family member who yelled at me about the bad food we were serving.
A call from a very confused doctor insisting that his patient was on my unit…but this was not true.
FOUR calls from someone speaking another language, repeating the same thing over and over but I had no clue what they were saying.
